On July 22 my husband & I will be embarking in a new fitness adventure, Focus T25. I am going outside of my "Chalene box" as I call it, & trying something new and different. Now don't get me wrong, I still LOVE Chalene Johnson's workouts, ChaLEAN Extreme & Turbo Fire, but it's time to challenge myself...and I'm bringing my hubby along for the ride!
