Clean Eating Recipes

Clean eating is a lifestyle that I started learning about in July 2012 when I joined a Beachbody Challenge group.  My coach introduced me to the basics and I have since read many of the Eat-Clean Diet books by Tosca Reno.  Eating clean basically means eliminating highly processed, chemically charged foods and striving to fuel your body with natural, wholesome foods like fresh vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains.
Eating clean has changed my life!  I have dropped over 40 lbs. and 20 inches, I have more energy, and I feel AMAZING!  Not only have I benefited, my kids are following suit and making healthier food choices, not just when I'm fixing their plate, but when they chose their own snacks.
